Of course it takes a while to get used to having a top and bottom mouth guard in your mouth. But it fits like a glove and quickly one gets used to it. You sleep much better. You breathe through your nose rather than mouth - which is better for you. You have more energy in the day. And your partner is ecstatic that they no longer have broken nights of sleep because of a snoring bed fellow!
