Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.
