I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

Comments in comparison to other hospitals in London - Need dressing gowns or a second gown to preserve modesty to walk down to theatre. Not available in the room and not offered. - Room too cold, needed heater on - Food average/poor. Strange to be told I was limited to how many items I could order from each section. - staff kind and friendly

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The whole experience was very good. I had a mammogram , which was most thoroughly and efficiently done, and then saw Miss Roche for my check up

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.
