I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.
