The staff at the Platinum Medical Centre were truly excellent. From the Pre-Ops Team to Accountant Staff and the Nurse Support the service was first class. I needed to change the time of my Pre-Ops visit and the Team just re-arranged their schedule to make it happen. As I was visiting London to get this done, under the direction of Mr Goldberg and Charlotte I managed to get the MRI, CT Scan and Xray including reports completed in one afternoon. Also, as I was self-funding the Accounts Team were extremely supportive and the cost for the Pre-Ops work came well under what I was expecting. Finally the support of Mr Goldberg's Medical PA, Ms Charlotte Cutts, was truly outstanding. Everything I needed was there without having to ask. Issues were followed up instantaneously and a question I couldn't solve myself Charlotte with an Email to the right person got solved within the hour. Her professionalism and friendly manner really contributed to my overall positive experience.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

I have had a fantastic experience with the mental health services of the lovely Dr Sarkhel. I've undergone psychiatric treatment through therapy sessions and receiving an ADHD diagnosis. Dr Sarkhel was instrumental in ensuring I was comfortable, that I understood everything, and that I was happy and healthy. It was of great benefit to both myself and Dr Sarkhel that I brought along my school report - this helped to relate my symptoms to childhood. I feel lucky to have been diagnosed by such a caring doctor who is evidentially trying to help me as much as he can. The clinic atmosphere was great, very relaxed and a lot of seating. Additionally the location convenience was great being situated in Harley Street. Very clear and informative appointment scheduling and fast email replies. Between the psychiatric expertise of Dr Sarkhel, the treatment effectiveness, and the personalised care, I'm beyond happy with my experience. Thank you!

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

We visit Florence Gardam at the clinic. She is a very knowledgable practitioner who offers a whole range of treatments for children with autism, delayed development, adhd and similar conditions. Our experience of the clinic is excellent.

I had an excellent experience here and would 100% recommend this centre to anyone. The staff are not only professional but genuinely care.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.
