Always have a very positive experience at Pure Sports Medicine which is I come back time after time.

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

Maja helped me with an unintentional low energy availability issue. Her approach was warm and informative. I would recommend her to people who need help with these issues and also athletes with specific dietary requirements, as she also helped me make sure I was fueling correctly as a vegan.

I had an online consultation with Emily Reilly. She was extremely friendly and warm and made my first appointment very pleasant.
