Absolutely the best decision I made after being unable to get an appointment with my GP for several weeks decided to go private and pay and now have all the answers I needed plus a prescription would 100percent recommend and will definitely use in future, all staff excellent!

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

In all my needs , I have always received exceptional care and all the attention a patient needs during illness or treatment. The doctors are excellent , extremely qualified , professional and ethical. They practice Medicine with great love and emphaty for their patients.
