Cannot fault the Practice. I didnt sit and wait but was whisked straight into my appointment

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

We found the Spire Hospital Manchester to be an excellent facility, with amazing staff. It is clean, easy to access with plenty of parking.

All went very well. An explanation at the outset that I would receive bills from the hospital and the doctor under some circumstances would have avoided some confusion.

Highest level of service throughout

Helpful receptionist. Clear instructions. Clean facilities and a mocha was a bonus. Appointments after 6pm a real help

Friendliness

Staff & welcome where outstanding. The staff made my 4 weeks a lot more manageable than I thought it could be. Initially I thought it would be more like “jail” terms and living conditions but my experience was the total opposite. As soon as I showed my commitment , the trust came from the staff quickly which enhanced my attitude and energy towards my recovery. I can’t thank you enough to the staff for helping me and having a huge Impact on my recovery and life.

An excellent overall experience. Polite efficient booking. Almost no waiting time from booking till consultation ( booked Saturday for Monday consultation). Would definitely recommend to others & would certainly use again.
