I recently had a very good experience during my visit to Dr Ibrahim. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis in August 2023 and Dr Lucas supported her to understand the treatment she required. She underwent spinal fusion surgery in March 2024. Thoughout this process Dr Lucas has been professional and informative and we have felt in safe hands at all times. 4 weeks post surgery she is doing very well and the surgery was a great sucess!

Dr Theochari took the time to explain to me the symptoms I had following an injury to the head. She reassured me without patronising and took my complaints seriously. This should be expected from every doctor, but having suffered from chronic pain for two decades I know that it's seldom the case. She discussed my options for treatment, explaining pros and cons of each of the options. I'm very grateful for a colleague's recommendation to see her following my injury and symptoms.
