On arrival reception staff very attentive and efficient.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

The experience was excellent from entering to leaving.

Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.

It was an excellent experience given the circumstances and the way it started/could have ended.

Very elegant environment, clean and pleasant staff to deal with.
