Booking a consultation with Dr Ratheesh was a straightforward process and the website was user-friendly. Dr Ratheesh was extremely professional and approachable/friendly during our consultation; his clinical expertise really helped me to make an informed decision about my health. Efficient professional timely and friendly

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Looks grubby and in need of renovation

Excellent service

I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.
