The staff were all approachable and friendly

I only had outpatients at Bushey Spire as the operation was at St Johns and St Elizabeth Hospital

I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.

I had fantastic care in the Breast Unit. All staff very professional and caring.

Overall my experience with one heart clinic has been very good. The only negatives have been around needles for blood tests and angiograms (needle popping out halfway through a test etc)
