Dr Eugene Ong was both professional and gentle in both his examination and subsequent treatment of my ailment. He took an interest in me as an individual patient. Dr Tziotzios explained things thoroughly from my first appointment. He gave me hope re my hair loss and after 6 months it is showing signs of improvement.. It was causing me great distress and now I feel more positive that with his ongoing help, I can manage it better.

Dr Giulia Luciano removed two cysts from my scalp and did an amazing job, leaving almost invisible signs of the procedure. Also, I did not have any pain during and after the procedure. I was worried that I would be losing some hair after the costs were removed, though she was very careful and left no damage to the hairline. I was very happy with the outcome.
