I had an excellent experience. The dr just amazing snd helpful. I am so pleased especially that with supplements I feel so much better.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Dr. Sera is the most attentive, thorough Dr. I've ever had. I appreciate her care endlessly, and her staff are top notch.

Professional. Caring. Absolutely determined to make you feel comfortable. If there is a delay, you are informed and kept in the loop. Great attitude. Made to feel very welcome.

Very friendly atmosphere. I like that they also offer scans as part of the consultation if needed. My consultant made me feel at ease and answered any questions and concerns which reassured me.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.
