Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed. Held health have a lovely friendly team who understand the stress of modern day parenting children with special needs. They were happy to answer any questions and have been great with trying to get the school to recognise absences are due to health issues. Dr Crabb is very knowledgeable, caring and good with teens. I have recommended him to a friend who has also had a very positive experience with a different condition. They have a prescription delivery service so we haven't had to try to source adhd medicine unlike I have seen others struggling to fill prescriptions. Really can't thank them enough for making me feel supported where the NHS totally failed us
