I consulted Dr Alibhai for my wisdom tooth removal surgery. Though we never removed the wisdom tooth he actually brought to my notice a lump in my neck which I wasn’t aware of and turned out to be cancerous. From the first day he was very clear in his explanations and told me the priorities in this process. He was very supportive and kind. He ordered quiet few test but explained each time what it means. He only worked in my best interest and quite nicely explained the diagnosis and referred me to another surgeon for further treatment. I can only be thankful to him for actually diagnosing this cancer as it had been there for quite a while and he caught it in time as it was not easy to conclude as well. I cannot imagine if I hadn’t gone to him this would come to light when and how. I am grateful for his guidance and support all through out and also recommending the best doctor. I would recommend Doctor Alibhai for anyone looking for a surgeon as his is very thorough with what he does.

Mr Rahul Jayaram from the first consultation to the last was exemplary in every aspect of care, bedside manner, professionalism and honesty. It had been my first operation and feeling naturally nervous felt very confident that Mr Rahul was going to do his very best and I was in good hands.

Mr Kassam is Patience personified… he kindly explained twice (because I find it hard to listen when stressed about my health) all the things I should and should not worry about … I had read his explanation of TMJ from my dentist Who Had studied with him - by coincidence- so I felt I was in the best hands and have come out of the operation with full mobility again- fantastic 😎

My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. I've had a benign tumour on the parotid gland in my neck for years and wanted to get the best possible resolution for it; whilst there existed a risk of permanent damage to the facial nerve from the surgery, I nevertheless felt that the tumour needed to be removed due to the growing risk, however small, of developing a malignancy as the years went by. Following a considerable amount of research, based on his credentials and the testimonials of his previous patients, Mr Aakshay Gulati was the maxillofacial surgeon I wished to treat it. Having now gone through the surgery three months ago, I am exceedingly pleased with both the outcome and the standard of care I received from him and his team, as well as his competence and professionalism. He was able to remove the tumour in the least invasive way, with no damage to the facial nerve, loss of facial mobility or function, or any other significant adverse effects. It has been a tremendous relief to have finally resolved this problem, and I am very grateful to Mr Gulati for helping me with it.

A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.
