Clean location. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Very little waiting time indeed.

The HCA healthcare centre was a pleasant building to visit.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Very welcoming and seen on time

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Spire Bushey Hospital provides excellent patient care. His team were attentive and caring and the possibility to do all diagnostic tests within the building is an added bonus.

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either
