Overall very positive experience, given I was there for major surgery (ELCS). Attentive and thoughtful staff. Good food, comfortable sleeping arrangement for husband, room could have been a bit bigger/ better laid out.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Fantastic Bike fitting service run by Dylan. Was great to be guided by a specialised physiotherapist. Much more comfortable on my bike now
