The nurse had to go in search of a gynae tray which was strange when a gynae clinic was taking place on the first floor. Otherwise, I could not fault the care.

Having your own private room and a nursing team that are not overwhelmed with too many patients provides a calm and less stressful atmosphere to aid recovery. From the receptionists, nurses, mammographers, and all the team working there one cannot fault them. The team are very professional and show an enormous amount of empathy and understanding. They take time to listen to your concerns. The department is immaculate. I was told that the teams love working there and some nurses have been there for many years. There is a great respect for the medical staff.
