Natasha's attitude and help to manage my worries and to listen to me made it easier. I would recommend that she shares her attitude approach to colleagues but also other scans in London. You all are leading this. Trust me as a patient with over 5 years of scans with you and Ch. Mews. Thank you.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

I was fully informed of all procedures. All staff were polite and friendly, and the entire process was carried out easily and within delays.

My experience of the consultation process was excellent and I received the advice and treatment I wanted. The time between booking the appointment and actual consultation was very long, at c. 2 months. This wasn't great but does seem to be an issue with other consultants so assume it reflects the demand for ENT services.
