Overall very positive experience, given I was there for major surgery (ELCS). Attentive and thoughtful staff. Good food, comfortable sleeping arrangement for husband, room could have been a bit bigger/ better laid out.

The whole process seemed effortless and my enquiry was taken seriously from the very beginning of me reaching out to Jaqueline (Personal Assistant)at the Phoenix Hospital Group. I really appreciate Dr Hargrave attention to detail by examining my feet and then confirming all the key information around surgery and recovery times etc. Thank you so much.

The practice was very efficient, everything ran on time and it was very clean. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.
