I came to Dr Mistry with extremely bad anxiety and felt like I was completely losing control and all quality of life. Dr Mistry suggested going on diazepam which I was initially worried to do as I was so worried about becoming addicted. However, Dr Mistry eased my fears and it was the best decision I could have made. The diazepam brought down my anxiety levels extremely well and out of the terrified state I was in and made me feel normal again. Once it was time to start coming off the diazepam Dr Mistry suggested the amounts to decrease by but left it to me to decide; which reduced my anxiety about coming off it as I felt like I was in control. I came off it slowly but fairly steadily, with plateaus if I needed it. I am now completely off diazepam and I have experienced absolutely no withdrawal effects and no feelings of addiction at all. I am so grateful to Dr Mistry for helping me realise the diazepam was there to help me and I was at no risk of addiction, and for ultimately giving me my life back.

I arranged an online video interview with Dr Susanna Unsworth at the Cambridge Womens Clinic in Cambridge in November 2023 following a recommendation by a friend and after reading the book ‘Oestrogen Matters’ by Dr Avrum Bluming and Carol Tabriz, PhD. I had been advised by a few medics over the latter few years that I’d have to come off HRT at some point as I’d no longer need it, which advice did not make sense after my understanding of the natural decline of oestrogen at menopause with its resultant problems, and of its importance to women following menopause to maintain cognitive health, bone density and cardiovascular issues. My current regime of HRT had served me well over the years but through my reading of more up to date information I was made aware of an alternative and improved combination. After an unsuccessful initial attempt to reach out to a GP (not my own) who said that I should expect to experience bleeding, I reached out to Dr Susanna Unsworth. The hour long video appointment was better than I could have expected. Dr Susanna is immensely easy to talk to and answered all my questions and worries. I felt relaxed and above all reassured on every level about changing my HRT to a more current healthy combination. I highly recommend her invaluable advice.

I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This man saved my life. He was so patient, understanding and supportive throughout all our conversations. I felt in the time we had he really understood my experience, gave thorough explanations and also was so flexible and adaptable to my treatment response. I just felt really reassured and he is an expert in his field. I am truly grateful for being able to see DR Abdelghani, I would recommend for anyone who is struggling with their medication and wanting to find the right treatment.

Dr Jeczmien was great in his approach to discussing my issues and diagnosis of ADHD and helping me understand.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the level of professionalism displayed by Dr. Saturn Singhai during an appointment with my mother on 26/04/2024, scheduled for 18:50 at Medici medical center Luton. Firstly, the appointment was significantly delayed without prior notification, as Dr attended to my mother at 19:40, despite the evident lack of patient backlog at the time. It was observed that Dr.Satyen Singhai spent a considerable amount of time engaging in non-urgent conversations with the reception staff and even making coffee during what should have been allocated patient time. Moreover, during the examination, Dr. Satyen Singhai was unprepared to conduct a basic checkup; he had forgotten his stethoscope and had to retrieve it from his car. This not only further delayed the appointment but also disrupted the continuity and seriousness of the medical examination, contributing to an environment of carelessness. Furthermore, the management of my mother's prescription was grossly mishandled. Dr. Satyen Singhai prescribed antibiotics and informed us that the prescription would be sent to a pharmacy that was supposedly open 24 hours. Unfortunately, this information proved inaccurate as the pharmacy in question does not operate over the weekend. This oversight has resulted in a critical delay in beginning my mother’s treatment, as she is unable to access her medication until Monday. Such misinformation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the operational standards of your medical staff. The culmination of these issues—significant delays, lack of preparedness, and misinformation—suggests a disturbing lack of professionalism and regard for patient care and time by Dr. Satyen Singhai. I trust that this is not indicative of the standard practices at your institution, and I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent future occurrences. I expect a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and to be informed of the measures taken to ensure improved professional conduct and service delivery.
