I contacted Dementech Neurosciences regarding my son who was suffering from a neurological disorder. His condition worsened and he was developing new symptoms. Josephine who I spoke to on the phone was brilliant, really nice really understanding actually listened to me and advised me what to do. I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.

From the reception staff to Dr Whinnett’s secretary Sheila, everyone I came across was professional, caring and efficient. It is a well run and caring establishment which places the patient first and foremost.
