On the day of the operation he made me feel relaxed and during the op ( I had a local ) he was both professional and funny making the whole experience so much better. I was privileged to have three major surgeries with Ms Varghese. Each one she explained the process which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Time was taken to explain my options so I could choose, this was vital to making me feel more in control and confident. She is friendly, thorough and experienced. I feel grateful and fortunate to have had such an amazing person reducing my risk of having breast cancer in the future. BRCA2 is starting to leave my thoughts. Thank you so much. X

My second surgery with Mr Roblin. He has gone above and beyond to give me a great improvement in my breast reconstruction following a mastectomy.

I would highly recommend Mr Saour. He did a fantastic job removing an unpleasant lipoma on my neck.

My only difficulty in conveying my opinion of Kieran Power is finding the right words to express just how amazing a surgeon he is. This was after two previous reconstruction attempts had left me in a sorry state. I had been told it was in fact a “satisfactory result” because I could hide it in a bra (!) and there was not much else that could be done to help me. I was devastated and disfigured but my sister, a nurse, urged me to get a second opinion. From the moment I first met Kieran, I felt totally safe. He immediately reassured me that he could help me. His gentle manner is incredibly calming and I cannot express how much it meant to be treated with such kindness and respect after my previous experiences. This served to significantly reduce my anxieties from the start (and I had hitherto been treated for PTSD in connection with previous medical related traumatic experiences and my previous unsatisfactory cancer recon surgeries). I knew I was in safe hands and that this was a surgeon I could trust. His integrity and skill are outstanding. My surgery and recovery all went very well and I received wonderful care (Donna, his secretary, is just brilliant!). I have since shared photos of my recon with other breast cancer patients and they always say “wow, I want your surgeon!” I had just about given up even daring to hope that I might ever be able to feel vaguely happy about my body again after cancer but Kieran is a real life genius surgeon - I am eternally grateful to him. This Summer I pranced around in a bikini on the beach actually feeling confident I think!?!

Chris always takes time to make you feel heard. He genuinely cares about your symptoms and your experience. He is focussed and compassionate.
