great experience and service at Cleveland Clinic

Excellent staff and very prompt.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

The service was very friendly and efficient and I was seen at my appointment time.

The staff were both friendly and reassuring, as well as very efficient. I was looked after excellently during my surgery and stay there.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.
