The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

Very welcoming and seen on time

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

Lovely reception team who were friendly and clean building with lots of seating available

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

It was an excellent experience.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.
