I was referred to him for my parotid gland tumor by a pioneer consultant in this field as Mr Alibhai performs this type of surgery quite often. On my first consultation with Mr Alibhai, he detailed what my condition was and what the procedure for removal of tumor involves, answering all my questions patiently. He made sure that I got a slot for surgery soon without delay and he was even available for a call to answer all my queries before the surgery. Its is quite clear from my experience that Mr Alibhai puts the clients needs and comfort above his revenue. The day of the surgery he detailed the procedure to me and made sure I am comfortable. If I had any apprehensions on the day, it just disappeared with his visit. After the surgery he contacted my husband to convey how the surgery went . These gestures make such a difference. He met me post surgery and made sure that I am ok and all the checks went well. He made sure that I was taken care of in the first few weeks post surgery. He has an amazing team working with him to ensure that. He called himself to convey the pathology results (rather than just sending the results ) and made sure the removal of stitches and wound check went well. I had very minimal pain following advices from him and the team and I see my recovery was very smooth. I am so grateful to have been referred to Mr Alibhai.

A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.
