Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Was an absolutely great experience and were treated incredibly well at each stage of treatment, both pre and post surgery. Ms Bagtharia was totally wonderful-really impressed by both her skill and patient care and communication. We can not imagine a better experience at this vulnerable time.

IVF and ICSI can be challenging but since we’ve met with Dr Mavrelos, we’ve always felt that we had the right plan and support we needed. I only have positive things to say about my experience with Mr Rathod. He has been amazing though my whole experience from the initial consultation, throughout the operation which consisted of deep endometriosis involving bowel treatment, right through to the continued preventative measures we are going through. I won’t be going anywhere else for any future treatments I need.
