From reception to room, the level of service was truly 5 star Everyone from reception through porters and nurses were very friendly and consider of the patients needs

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The clinical staff were excellent and friendly. However the female staff at the front desk is hostile, unhelpful and dismissive which made the arrival quite unpleasant.
