Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The outpatient, imaging and physiotherapist departments were fine.

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

The overall experience is excellent.

The nurses and staff have always been really kind and informative. Liz in particular is a brilliant nurse. The clinic is very organised and I feel like I’ve received very high quality care.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.
