Wow! What an amazing experience from initial booking, admission, treatment to post-operative care - including the great food. I was admitted for conduction system pacing by Dr Daniel Keene and his team - which has literally given me my life back. I live in Leicestershire, so not ‘local’, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. I was a self-pay, so affordability is also important - Hammersmith was significantly cheaper than my local NHS Trust or Spire for the same procedure. Best provider I’ve ever experienced!

Very nice hospital, good food options and all staff were professional and friendly.

The nursing staff were my rock before, during and after my surgery. They were helpful with pain management and on top of any possible concern.

Everyone has been friendly and efficient over the period of about two years now (I think) that I've been under treatment and then periodic evaluation after my cancers. Everyone has been sympathetic without being condescending, able to participate in humour, and invariably competent and efficient. I could not have asked for better.
