We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to book online and easy to speak to over the phone as well. They have a lot of specialties which makes it very convenient. Overall they have very good specialists.

Dr Sethi is by far the best experience i had when it comes to doctor and i am very happy that it was for such an important procedure. He was always very caring and provided all important informations and answered all the different questions i had before and after the surgery.
