Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

It was eccellent

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Everyone at the Westminster Maternity Suite was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the view totally makes up for it!
