I went to Smile because my teeth were suffering from self-inflicted damage and ugliness; from the first time I met all staff during Covid lockdown they have been friendly, helpful, kind, and extremely professional. I was put at ease, given a clear idea of what was involved and ventured through the experience without worry. We recently visited Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Reena! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is bright, cheerful, and full of fun activities that kept my child entertained and relaxed. Dr. Reena is absolutely amazing with children. She has a warm, calming presence that instantly put my child at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns. The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. I highly recommend Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and Dr. Reena to any parent looking for a fantastic dental experience for their child.
