The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

From the moment I entered the building (feeling somewhat apprehensive as I was there for an operation under GA) I felt reassured and welcomed. A member of staff (a nurse I think) who I saw arriving just before 7am made me feel welcome immediately, and explained where I needed to go. Every member of staff I met during my stay was caring, kind, empathetic and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The theatre staff were reassuring and kind. The Consultant anaesthetist explained what would happen, listened and distracted me effectively. The surgeon listened to me and answered my questions. He explained what would happen and what to expect in the coming days post operatively. All the nursing staff were truly wonderful. They were empathetic, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot thank the nursing staff enough. They listened to my concerns and were reassuring and gave knowledgeable explanations to my questions. Thank you to you all.

The whole process was professional and friendly from reception to consultation. I felt in very safe hands. I was really anxious about what might be found and the consultant explained everything she saw. This was a first class service. One that I am really grateful for.

It’s a well run and professional practice. Would be happy to go there again.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
