Very comfortable with very professional and caring staff

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Lovely hospital, very clean, very professional and all staff exceptional. Great surgeon. Would highly recommend.

The experience was fine.

The staff were all approachable and friendly

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Very friendly staff. There was a long wait but it was totally worth it.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.
