On time and very welcoming

I received real advice on what I should do.

Staff were lovely and helpful, and premises were comfortable. Our consultant is wonderful, professional, and thorough. I would certainly return to receive treatment from the medical team. Unfortunately we waited almost 5 hours for an injection of anti-d as I'm rhesus negative, so our discharge was significantly delayed. Staff in the Lindo wing seemed to try quite hard to accelerate the process and chased the transfusion dept several times, but it led to us spending 8 hours in hospital for a 30 minute procedure which was unfortunate.

Excellent in both cases

I was made as comfortable as I could be during my time at the hospital. All staff were great and listened to how I was feeling. Facilities were good and I felt I was kept informed off all updates about my care
