Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.

Lorraine was just wonderful. The whole experience was a very positive one and I can’t recommend her enough.

The overall experience is excellent.

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.

GI Doctors provided fast and friendly responses to all my questions.

Reflux problems were efficiently tested and now I feel much better thanks to Dr Sami's expertise. He is truely the best. And very kind doctor.
