Excellent, very friendly and welcoming!

The nurses and staff have always been really kind and informative. Liz in particular is a brilliant nurse. The clinic is very organised and I feel like I’ve received very high quality care.

CRGH are a well run clinic. They got the job done and I very much appreciated the work of my consultant who was excellent

Main reception service is average, facilities are very good and clean

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

Very pleasing in all aspects

The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.
