IVF and ICSI can be challenging but since we’ve met with Dr Mavrelos, we’ve always felt that we had the right plan and support we needed. Dr Ali is always friendly and professional. He is kind and sensitive and reads people well. He is great at explaining medical details in layman's terms and ensuring you are well-informed to make the best decision. We recently worked with him on a doner egg collection and he was great with my family and niece (doner) who was quite (unexpectedly) emotional after the event. The fact that he was sensitive to her needs and allowed her the space and grace to recover and compose herself before we saw her, was very sweet and professional.
