The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

Very friendly atmosphere. I like that they also offer scans as part of the consultation if needed. My consultant made me feel at ease and answered any questions and concerns which reassured me.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.
