My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Brilliant from start to finish from front of house porters and Lancaster suite the team on there are amazing 🤩 looked after me so well I’m very happy with my experience here and mr prasad and his team are amazing too

The reception staff were very welcoming. The nurses were very helpful, explaining what was going to happen and answering any questions I had. The surgeon I had for my 1st eye was helpful telling me what he was going to do and the operation was over very quickly. The aftercare staff were very kind too. The 2nd eye was not so good and afterwards I had a blood red ring round my eye. This did eventually fade with the eyedrops. I was a bit worried but it is ok now. Overall I was very pleased and would certainly recommend Optega to my friends.
