We attended our child’s Australian visa medical appointment at YourExcellent Health. Unfortunately, we had to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled time before being called, as the doctor we had booked was unavailable. During this time, the reception staff showed little concern—I had to approach them myself after waiting with my 13-month-old baby, who was understandably bored and frustrated. Once we were finally seen, however, the doctor was wonderful—extremely kind, friendly, and generous.

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal in the hospital - from support staff, to nurses, to surgeons! 10/10

Staff very friendly. My only "minor" comment was that the automatic messaging system for the follow up tests sent me the wrong time.
