Very pleasant experience

Dr Maha has been such an amazing and well experienced Doctor and I will definitely recommend anyone who is having problems to conceive to go to Dr Maha. The staffs were all great towards us as well and I enjoyed being the patient of Dr Maha because he lifted our hopes and spirits.

Very professional and communication was great.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

The staff there are very high quality. I find the clinic professional and clean and I always look forward to my appointments there. Stephanie Gorgevska has been absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful to her. She has such a nice approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ellen on the phone admin team is also so good and so polite. Thank you to everyone there who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. Highly recommend this clinic.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.
