Excellent. Well organised, friendly and efficient

Overall a pleasant experience

The appointment went ahead as scheduled. The various test results were explained to me. I was impressed by the thorough nature of the tests undertaken and the next steps were clear.

The Portland Hospital was outstanding and how my son was taken care of left me at ease that he was in safe hands. All members of staff were kind and approachable and above all very professional.

Very friendly atmosphere.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.
