A very welcoming clinic.

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

There is great professionalism in this group of Doctors. They listen carefully to the problems and leave nothing to chance. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Great experience

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Lovely staff, would definitely recommend

Slick venue and helpful friendly staff.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.
