my experience at the princess grace hospital was first class with friendlly and efficient staff always on call i would not hesitate to recomend the hospital to anyone.

I found the experience very good indeed.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

Initial customer service was great, but when we had an issue with booking, 3 phone calls later with promises of returned calls failed adding unnecessary stress to an unpleasant situation.

I had an excellent impression. Nice and friendly team. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Highly recommend!
