Mr Gray is clearly very experienced, yet his manner exudes confidence and puts one at ease. He is very approachable and is happy to answer questions and offer reassurance when needed. I was quite concerned about what my symptoms were being caused by before seeing Dr Patki, but after the initial consultation I felt reassured by his friendly and knowledgeable manner that my health was in good hands.
