From our first consultation with Professor Kotecha we instantly felt a sigh of relief. That we was finally being listened to on our daughters ongoing problems. From that first consultation we knew our daughter was in safe hands. He was absolutely great with her and she especially enjoyed his magic tricks! Visiting on behalf of my young daughter, Dr Jonas was took the time to speak to her directly and ensure she felt comfortable and relaxed which was really important for an apprehensive 6yr old. He took the time to listen and explain everything and ensured we understood everything discussed and happy before left. All the staff were attentive, friendly and so very helpful.
