Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

Dr Pantazopoulos has been excellent from the start, caring and listening to me. He has been accommodating with my job constraints and travelling and extremely understanding over scheduling. My experience with Dr Pantazopoulos is by far the best I had in years of private healthcare, and in Cromwell hospital and I cannot recommend him enough.

Visiting a cardiologist is always going to be a nerve-wracking experience, but Dr Deaner’s calm, caring approach, as well as his obvious extensive experience and knowledge, really made all the difference and was much appreciated.

His approach to my issue was sensible and sober rather than alarmist. But he also gave me the option to investigate further with an additional test. Following a case of pneumonia in 2020, shortly before the onset of Covid, I have developed symptoms of dizziness and also atrial fibrillation soon after my discharge from hospital. I have found it difficult to find someone prepared to listen to me and advise me. Difficulty in seeing or speaking to a GP (for reasons I understand) have left me to try to work out what is wrong with me and why my symptoms, including problems with balance and several falls, have increased over the 4 years. I have had to discontinue the exercise classes I have attended for over 10 years, to my detriment. I thought it could be due to medication and probably the effect of a beta blocker. Dr Lowe has listened to me, advised me and given me a supervised period without a beta blocker. Symptoms of dizziness and unsteadiness increased accompanied by an irregular heart rate and some breathlessness. Dr Lowe has given me a diagnosis which seems to fit with what I am coping with and has referred me to a neurologist in case there is some underlying cause. I am very relieved and grateful not to be responsible for finding out what is the matter with me for a start.
